Saree Anderson

Saree Anderson was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, USA. in March of 1982. Starting in 2003, she made several moves between The big city and the small town of Medford, WI.  In November of 2009 her husband Tad received a job offer that brought them to Houston, Texas.

Saree was bit by the writing bug, when she was selected and encouraged by her 4th grade-school teacher to represent the state of Wisconsin in a National writing competition about your State tree. Her report titled "The Wisconsin Great Maple placed 13th!  She went on to writing poetry in her teens that won competitions and went to be published in anthologies and magazines. Her poetry has often been compared to that of Edgar Allen Poe.

Other interests include The Culinary Arts, Painting, Singing, Drumming, People Watching, Culture, and Travel.
